The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board has activated the printing portal for the 2026 mop up Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination notification slips, giving affected candidates access to their examination details ahead of the June 13 exercise.
JAMB’s spokesperson, Fabian Benjamin, disclosed this in a statement on Sunday, noting that the slip contains all the information candidates will need to report correctly on examination day.
“The notification slip contains vital information, including the candidate’s examination centre, date, time, and other important instructions necessary for a seamless examination exercise,” the statement read.
The board explained that the mop up examination was arranged for two sets of candidates: those who were unable to sit for the main UTME owing to technical challenges, and those whose biometric verification remained incomplete during the earlier exercise.
To retrieve their slips, candidates are required to visit the JAMB website and select “Print 2026 Mop Up UTME Slip.” Other easy steps are outlined clearly in this guide: Learn How to Print Your 2026 JAMB Supplementary or Mop Up Exam Slip. The board urged candidates to print their slips well before the examination date and to identify their assigned centres early to avoid difficulties on the day.
JAMB emphasised that the June 13 exercise is the final opportunity for eligible candidates to participate in the 2026 UTME. The board was unequivocal that no further examination would be held after the mop up concludes, and called on all affected candidates to prepare adequately and treat the date as their last chance to sit the examination.
